摘  要:已有大量数据表明大同地区烟煤的全水分、灰分与发热量存在线性关系,笔者运用Excel中的LIENST函数分析了煤的全水分、灰分与发热量多元线性关系方程模型,通过F检验法和t检验法确保了数学模型的合理可靠性。通过试验和数理推导,尝试分析了全水分、灰分与发热量呈线性关系的原因,即同一矿井在一段时间内,洗选后商品煤的全水分对发热量的影响近似为一个常量;灰分对空干基发热量的影响最显著且呈线性关系,其他成分热效应基本可以忽略。A large number of data shows that there is a linear relationship between total moisture,ash content and calorific value of bituminous coal in Datong area.The author analyzed the multiple linear equation models of total moisture,ash content and calorific value by LINEST function in Excel,ensured reasonable reliability of the mathematical model by F-test and t-test,and analyzed the reason of linear relationship between total moisture content,ash content and calorific value through experiments and mathematical deduction.The results showed that in a certain period of time in the same mine,the influence of total moisture on calorific value of commercial coal after washing was approximately a constant,ash had the most significant effect on the calorific value of air-dried basis,and the heat effect of other components could be ignored.
