新冠肺炎疫情期间高校图书馆服务模式、特征及启示--基于30所“双一流”建设高校图书馆的调查与分析

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情期间高校图书馆在信息服务方面发挥了独一无二的作用;探索其模式、特点,对高校图书馆服务创新工作具有借鉴意义。文章选取30所“双一流”建设高校图书馆,运用网络调查法,从服务内容、服务模式、服务平台等方面进行研究,建议高校图书馆确立相关政策标准指导实践和现实应用;从线下形象构建向动态网络形象构建迁移;突破传统服务边界向知识集成服务转变;创新驱动下馆员向多重新角色转型;加强沟通与合作,建立应急管理协作网络。The value of university libraries is prominent during COVID-19 epidemic period,the university libraries play a unique role in emergency services.It is significant to explore the modes and features to the service innovation of university libraries.Selecting 30“Double First-Class”university libraries and adopting the Internet Survey,the paper researches on emergency services in terms of service content,service model,service platform,etc.It is suggested that university libraries should establish relevant policies and standards to guide practice and practical application,transfer from offline image construction to dynamic network image construction,change from traditional service boundary to knowledge integrated service,transform librarians to multiple roles driven by innovation,strengthen communication and cooperation,and establish emergency management cooperation network.
