新冠肺炎疫情防控下高校图书馆电子资源服务对策研究

摘　　要：面对突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,高校图书馆电子资源应急服务对策研究刻不容缓。文章梳理了新冠肺炎疫情对经济社会产生的影响,在分析疫情防控下高校图书馆电子资源利用困境的基础上,从组织保障、远程访问、在线教学、服务内容和服务模式五个方面提出高校图书馆电子资源应急服务对策,旨在为图书情报机构电子资源的应急保障能力建设提供新思路。The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 brings opportunities and challenges to the electronic resource service of academic libraries.It is urgent to study the countermeasures of electronic resource emergency service in academic library.The impact of COVID-19 on the economy and society is sorted out in this article.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the utilization of academic library electronic resource under COVID-19 prevention and control,this paper studies the countermeasures of electronic resource emergency service in academic library from five aspects:organization guarantee,remote access,online teaching,service content and service mode.It provides new ideas for the emergency support capacity construction of library and information institutions electronic resource.
