摘　　要：“双一流”战略为高校图书馆发展提出了更高要求。上海大学图书馆读者中心、资源建设中心、信息服务中心三个主体业务部门配合学校发展战略,实施了一系列转型实践,如整馆外包、读者决策采购、RFID密集库建设、电子数据迁移合作保存、成立写作中心等,并在实践中探索创新,为高校图书馆服务转型提供参考。The construction of“Double First-class”has higher requirements for the development of university libraries.Shanghai University Library cooperates with the development strategy of Shanghai University,and each department gives full play to its own advantages from the reality,and takes the practical exploration road of transformation.
