摘 要:基于二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)体系,采用一步法合成聚氨酯弹性体生胶,再混炼加工制备出混炼型聚氨酯弹性体(MPU)。研究了多元醇种类及相对分子质量、硬段用量对MPU性能的影响。结果表明,采用相对分子质量为1000的聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL1000)作为软段,硬段质量分数为35%时,MPU的耐磨性最好,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和邵尔A硬度最大;采用相对分子质量为1000的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG1000)作为软段,硬段质量分数为35%时,分子链的柔顺性最好,MPU的邵尔A硬度适中,综合力学性能最佳;随着硬段含量的增加,MPU的耐磨性增强。Based on the system of diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI),the polyurethane elastomer raw rubber was synthesized by one-step method,and then the millable polyurethane elastomer(MPU)was prepared by mixing and processing.The effects of polyol type,polyol molecular weight and hard segment content on the properties of millable polyurethane elastomer were studied.The results showed that when PCDL1000 was used as the soft segment and the hard segment content was 35%,MPU had the best wear resistance,the greatest tensile strength,tear strength and hardness.When PTMG1000 was used as the soft segment and the hard segment content was 35%,the molecular chain flexibility was the best,and the hardness of MPU was moderate,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of MPU were the best.With the increase of hard segment content,the wear resistance of MPU increased.
