摘　　要：选用N,N-二甲基异醇胺为中和剂,催干剂AJ-99C的用量为水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂质量的2%,水性丙烯酸乳液MT-650的用量为涂料总用量的20%,制备出一种性能良好的水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂-丙烯酸乳液涂料。结果表明,涂料的表干时间为10 min,涂膜的光泽度为90,附着力为1级,耐水时间为96 h。A suitable waterborne acrylic modified alkyd resin/acrylic emulsion hybrid coating was prepared with suitable additives,with N,N-dimethyl isoethanolamine used as neutralizer,and the dosage of drier AJ-99C was 2%of the solid content of acrylic modified alkyd resin,and the dosage of waterborne acrylic emulsion(MT-650)was 20%of the coating.The results show that the drying time of hybrid coating is 10 min,and the gloss of coating is 90,and the adhesion force is level 1,and water-resistance time is 96 h.
