摘 要:目的了解某院临床分离自不同标本类型的肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法2019年1月1日至12月31日,某院临床各类标本中共检出非重复肺炎克雷伯菌916株,应用WHONET 5.6软件对菌株进行统计分析,并比较不同标本类型来源分离的肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性。结果分离自不同标本类型的肺炎克雷伯菌对部分抗菌药物的耐药率差别较大,差异有统计学意义。结论该院不同标本类型分离的肺炎克雷伯菌对部分常用抗菌药物的耐药率相差较大,临床医师应及时掌握不同来源肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性,以提高经验治疗的准确性。Objective:To investigate drug-resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from different specimens of one hospital,in order to provide theoretical basis for the rational use of antibiotics agents in clinic.Methods A total of 916 clinical stains of non-reapeated Klebsiella pneumonia were collected from different specimens of one hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019.The drug-resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from different specimen sources were compared.Results:There were big differences in the drug-resistant rates of some antibacterial drug isolated from different specimens.The antimicrobial resistance had statistical difference.Conclusion:The resistant rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from different specimen sources are significantly different.The clinicians should understand the drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae from different sources in time so as to improve the accuracy of clinical experience of drug use.
