摘 要:培养创新型人才对建设创新型国家、实现高等教育的内涵式发展具有重要意义。本博(本硕)连读创新班是高校推进教育教学改革,探索创新人才培养模式的重要举措之一。对创新班学生和普通班学生进行对照调查结果表明:创新班学生在学习投入、学业自我效能感、专业感知质量、学业成就上的得分均略高于普通班,其培养模式呈现出一定的优势和效果,但还需加强学生的心理健康教育和学校的教学管理,以提升创新班学生的学业成就。Cultivating innovative talents is of great significance to the building of an innovationoriented country and realizing the connotative development of higher education. The bachelor-doctor or bachelor-master class is one of the important measure to push forward the teaching reform and explore the innovative talent training mode. A questionnaire survey was conducted among innovative class and ordinary classes. The results showed that the scores of students in the innovative classes were slightly higher than those in the ordinary classes in terms of learning engagement, academic self-efficacy, professional perceived quality and academic achievement. Although the training mode of innovative classes shows certain advantages and effects, it is necessary to strengthen students’ mental health education and school teaching management, so as to improve students’ academic achievements.
