摘 要:目的:为细叶小檗叶资源的合理开发和利用提供试验依据。方法:以65%的乙醇、95%的乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波及连续回流提取法对细叶小檗叶进行总黄酮提取。以试管试验、纸色谱、及薄层层析法对提取物进行定性分析。用芦丁作为标准品,采用比色法对检液Ⅰ、Ⅱ、III、IV依次进行总黄酮含量测定。结果:细叶小檗叶的总黄酮含量分别0.513%、0.291%、0.498%、0.288%。结论:以65%的乙醇为溶剂、超声波提取法提取总黄酮成分效果最佳,适用于细叶小檗叶总黄酮含量测定。Objective:To provide experimental basis for the rational development and utilization of berberis.Methods:Use 65%ethanol and 95%ethanol as solvent respectively.Ultrasonic wave and continuous reflux extraction were used to extract total flavonoids from berberis.The extracts were analyzed qualitatively by tube test,paper chromatography and TLC.Using rutin as standard substance,the colorimetric method is adopted to test fluidⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳin order to determine flavonoids content.Results:The total flavonoid content of the barberry leaf was 0.513%,0.291%,0.498%and 0.288%,respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasonic extraction with 65%ethanol is the best method for extracting total flavonoids,which is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids content in berberis.
