血必净、盐酸戊乙奎醚联合血液灌流治疗重度急性有机磷中毒对患者心肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血必净、盐酸戊乙奎醚联合血液灌流对重度急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者心肾功能的影响。方法:选取2018-06~2019-12收治的100例AOPP患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组予以血必净、盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗,观察组给予联合血液灌流治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后心、肾功能的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的心脏指数(CI)、左心射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期与晚期最大血流速度比值(E/A)、尿酸水平均升高,尿素氮、血肌酐指标降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者的上述指标变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论:血必净、盐酸戊乙奎醚联合血液灌流对重度AOPP患者心肾功能的异常有明显的恢复作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of hemipramine and penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with hemoperfusion on cardiac and renal function in severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to Anyang People’s Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with Xuebijing combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride.The patients in the observation group were treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of the treatment in the control group,and the changes of cardiac and renal functions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,cardiac index(CI),left ejection fraction(LVEF),ratio of maximum blood flow velocity(E/A)between early and late diastolic periods,and uric acid levels were all increased in both groups.The indexes of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine decreased.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Changes in these indicators were more pronounced in patients in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing and penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with hemoperfusion can obviously restore the abnormal cardiac and renal functions in patients with severe AOPP.
