奥司他韦联用四季抗病毒合剂治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥司他韦联用四季抗病毒合剂治疗儿童流感的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-12月在珠海市妇幼保健院就诊的流行性感冒患儿共72例,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组36例,对照组口服磷酸奥司他韦颗粒,观察组在口服磷酸奥司他韦颗粒的同时加用四季抗病毒合剂治疗。比较两组患儿发热、咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、疲倦纳差的持续时间以及两组患儿临床疗效评价、总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果:实验组发热、咳嗽、流鼻涕、乏力的持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿临床疗效评价相比较,实验组优于对照组,实验组总有效率为97.22%,显著高于对照组治疗总有效率86.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比较,实验组总不良反应发生率为8.33%,对照组总不良发生率为5.55%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥司他韦与四季抗病毒合剂联合治疗小儿流感可缩短患儿发热,咳嗽,鼻塞,流鼻涕及乏力纳差时间,临床效果有显著提高,不良反应发生率未见有效增加,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the clinical effects of Oseltamivir combined with Four Seasons Antivirus Mixture in the treatment of children with influenza.Methods:The research selected a total of 72 children with influenza who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.The patients were randomly divided into The experimental group and The control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received oral homemade Oseltamivir phosphate granules,and the observation group was added the Four Seasons Antivirus Mixture on the basis of treatment for the control group.The time of fever,cough,nasal congestion,runny nose,fatigue and poor appetite,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of fever,cough,nasal congestion,runny nose,fatigue and poor appetite in the experimental group were significantly shorter than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the clinical efficacy between the two groups,The effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group86.11%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.33%;The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5.55%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Oseltamivir combined with Four Seasons Antivirus Mixture in the treatment for childhood influenza can shorten the duration of fever,cough,nasal congestion,runny nose,fatigue and poor appetite in children,and significantly improve the clinical efficacy.There is no increase in the incidence of adverse reactions.The treatment is safe,effective,and worthy of using clinically.
