摘　　要：近代建筑经历近现代社会发展的各个历史时期,在历次改造和修复中历史信息是不断叠加的,在价值评估中要充分发掘不同时期的价值,并以动态的视角,根据研究的深入和观念的转变而调整。以“聚兴诚银行旧址”保护工程为例,分析和评估不同历史时期的价值内涵变化,凝练出核心价值并作为主要依据,兼顾其他历史时期价值要素的保留,制定有针对性的保护修复策略,并将价值阐释理念融入保护过程,提出“点-线”结合的展示方法,对保护修复提出更高的要求。Modern architecture has experienced various historical periods in modern society development,and the historical information was constantly superimposed in past reconstructions and restorations.In value assessment,we should explore the values of different periods,and adjust according to the depth of research and the change of concept from a dynamic perspective.Taking the conservation project of“Young Brothers Banking Corporation Building”as an example,this paper analyzes and evaluates the change of value connotation in different historical periods,extracting the core value as the main basis,while preserving value elements from other historical periods,and formulates targeted conservation and restoration strategies.In addition,the value interpretation concept is integrated into the conservation process,and the presentation method of"point-route"combination is proposed,which puts forward higher requirements for conservation and restoration.
