摘　　要：“互联网+”时代是全方位融合的时代,是网络无所不在、数据无所不在、信息需求无所不在的时代。“互联网+”时代颠覆了图书馆的传统服务理念,引领、图书馆构建全新的管理与服务模式,给图书馆界带来了极其深远的影响。文章结合“互联网+”的时代背景,探讨图书馆如何通过战略规划的制定、法律法规的完善、宣传方式的创新、网络信息挖掘等多途径、多方位进行革新,以适应时代发展,更好地为读者服务。The“Internet”era is an era of all-round integration,is the network omnipresent,data omnipresent,information demand omnipresent era.The“Internet”era subverts the traditional service concept of the library,leads the library to construct the brand-new management and service mode,and brings the extremely profound influence to the library circle.Combined with the background of“Internet”,this paper discusses how the library can innovate through strategic planning,perfection of laws and regulations,innovation of propaganda mode,network information mining and so on,in order to adapt to the development of the times and better serve the readers.
