组织胶水对引流管口愈合的美容效果观察

摘　　要：目的探索组织胶水对于术后放置引流管的创口愈合的美容效果。方法选择所在医院甲状腺乳腺外科拔除甲状腺引流管的患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例,对照组50例患者拔除引流管后给常规换药,不做特殊处理。试验组50例患者拔除引流管后给予应用组织胶水。按温哥华疤痕量表评定比较两组治疗效果与临床指标。结果经治疗后随访观察3个月,试验组疤痕量表评分(4.88±0.80)均低于对照组(7.64±1.17),患者满意度试验组(3.14±0.90)均高于对照组(2.46±1.30),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论应用组织胶水可有效减轻疤痕,促进引流管口创面组织生长,减轻患者身心痛苦,且操作简单,护理方便,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of tissue glue on wound healing after drainage tube placement.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thyroid drainage tube removed from the thyroid and breast surgery of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group,50 cases in each group.50 patients in the control group received routine dressing after removal of drainage tube without special treatment.Fifty patients in the test group were given tissue glue after the drainage tube was removed.According to the Vancouver Scar Scale,the treatment effects and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:Follow-up observation for 3 months after treatment,the scar scale score of the test group(4.88±0.79898)was lower than that of the control group(7.64±1.17387),and the patient satisfaction of the test group(3.14±0.90373)was higher than that of the control group(2.46±1.296694).P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of tissue glue can effectively reduce scars,promote the growth of drainage tube wound tissues,and relieve patients'physical and mental pain.It is simple to operate and convenient to care for.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
