摘　　要：目的通过VISIA皮肤测试仪定量评估光子嫩肤对皮肤光老化的治疗效果。方法选取32名面部皮肤患者行光子嫩肤治疗5次(每4周1次)。用VISIA皮肤测试仪检测治疗前后皮肤斑点、纹理、皱纹、毛孔情况。结果面部光老化患者经光子嫩肤治疗后,皮肤斑点、纹理、皱纹、毛孔值明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光子嫩肤对面部皮肤光老化有显著的治疗效果,应用VISIA皮肤检测仪可以进行更加科学直观地评价。Objective Quantitative evaluation of therapeutic effect of Photorejuvenation on skin photoaging through VISIA skin tester.Methods 32 patients with facial skin aging were selected for intense pulsed light treatment for five times,Once every four weeks.The condition of spots,texture,wrinkles and pores before and after treatment was detected by VISIA skin tester.Results After Photorejuvenation treatment,the value of skin spots,texture,wrinkle and pores was decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Photorejuvenation has obvious therapeutic effect on facial skin photoaging.The application of VISIA skin detector can be used to evaluate more scientifically and intuitively.
