摘　　要：报告1例磨砂膏引起泛发性环状肉芽肿。患者男,47岁,因“面部、前胸、上肢丘疹、红斑伴轻微瘙痒半月”就诊。双侧颞部、前胸、双上肢伸侧及双手背见散在密集分布皮色至淡黄色丘疹米粒至绿豆大小丘疹,表面表面光滑,双手背可见甲盖至蚕豆大小环状暗红色斑片,颜色暗红,周围隆起,界清。皮损组织病理检查:表皮轻度肥厚,真皮内可见多少不等成群的组织样细胞、淋巴细胞,沿胶原间隙或成片状分布,有轻度胶原变性,周围见呈栅栏状排列的组织细胞。诊断环状肉芽肿。A case of generalized granuloma annulare caused by scrub cream is reported.The-47-years-old man presented with papules,erythema on his face,forechest,upper limbs for half a month,feel a little pruritus.Physical examination showed papules the size of rice grains to mung beans with smooth surface,located on the bilateral temporal department,forechest,upper limbs extension side and both hands back.Dark red patch on both back of hand,rise around,boundary is clear.Histopathologic examination revealed erpdermal hyperpalsis,dermal palisading granulomas with central degeneration of collagen,the presence of mucin,and a lymphohistiocytic infiltrate.The diagnosis of this patient is generalized granuloma annulare.
