摘　　要：介绍了货物列车运行状态的安全监测与保障技术的现状,基于PHM技术构建了货车车辆运行健康诊断系统,对系统的主要功能、结构组成、工作原理及解决的关键问题进行了分析。Described are current situations of safety monitoring and security technology of operating status of freight train,the vehicle operating health diagnostic system for freight cars is established based on PHM technology,and the main functions,structural composition,working principle of the system as well as solved key problems are analyzed.
