摘　　要：通过深入分析临床医学的不同场景、不同角色和不同需求,研究建立与场景、角色和需求适配的精准医学知识库。在深入理解、分析临床工作业务流程及关键时刻的功能需求后,实现场景化信息服务适配与提醒,构建基于场景的精准医学临床决策支持系统。该系统可为临床诊断、鉴别诊断、多学科协同治疗、合理用药、院内护理及延伸照护、医院管理等不同场景提供决策参考,从而提高临床决策的精准度与治疗的效果和效率。Through in-depth analysis of different scenarios,roles and needs of clinical medicine,the precise medical knowledge base corresponding to the scenes,roles and needs was established.After in-depth understanding and analysis of the clinical work process and functional requirements at critical moments,the scenebased information service adaptation and reminder were implemented,and a scene-based precision medicine clinical decision support system was built.This system can provide decision-making reference for different scenarios such as clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis,multidisciplinary collaborative treatment,rational drug use,in-hospital nursing and extended care,and hospital management,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical decision-making and the effect and efficiency of treatment.
