摘　　要：城镇化发展涉及人口、产业、用地三大核心要素的变动,部分表现为城镇人口、非农产业和城镇建设用地的比重及空间分布的变化,本文重点讨论城镇人口和建设用地空间分布的基本特征及其协同程度。Urbanization involves changes in three core elements:population,industry and land use,including changes in the proportion and spatial distribution of urban population,non-agricultural industry and urban construction land.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of the spatial distribution of urban population and construction land and the degree of their synergy.
