摘　　要：滇池属于高原湖泊,因流域经济社会发展导致水体严重污染,其治理一直是一个难题。尽管国家、云南省、昆明市为治理滇池进行了长期不懈的努力,自“九五”开始连续四次将滇池列入国家“三河三湖”重点流域治理计划,累计投资逾500亿元,但自1988年有监测数据以来直至2015年,滇池水质一直是劣V类,成为我国最难治理的湖泊。The serious contam ination of D ianchi,a plateau lake,caused by the socioeconomic development in its basin,has long been a major difficulty to resolve.The national,Yunnan Provincial and Kunming municipal governments have all made unremitting efforts to improve its water quality.Since the Ninth Five-Year Plan period(1996-2000),Dianchi Lake has been listed among the“three key rivers and three key lakes”(together with the Huai,Hai and Liao rivers and the Taihu and Chaohu Lakes)for the prevention and treatment of water pollution,and a cumulative investment of over RMB 50 billion had been made.However,between 1988 when the monitoring records began and 2015,the water quality of Dianchi Lake was rated Category Poor V,the lowest in China's water quality assessment system,making it the most polluted lake to treat.
