摘　　要：基于2011—2017年省际面板数据,考察农村宽带普及对乡村高质量发展的影响及作用机制。研究发现,农村宽带普及显著助推了乡村高质量发展,并未产生潜在的宽带饱和效应,在考虑内生性以及可能干扰估计结果的因素后,这一结论依然成立。进一步研究表明,农村宽带普及对东部和北方地区的乡村高质量发展产生了显著的提振效应,但对中西部和南方地区的提升作用并不显著,同时在乡村发展水平低的省份更为显著。传导机制分析发现,农村宽带普及通过促进农村分工深化以及扩大农村人力资本积累进而影响乡村高质量发展。提升农村家庭宽带普及水平、推进农村宽带基础设施的均衡发展以及构建农村宽带普及与数字乡村发展的激励机制是实现农业农村数字化转型以及乡村高质量发展的有效路径。Based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2017,this paper examines impact and mechanism of rural broadband popularization on high-quality development of rural areas.The study finds that rural broadband popularization significantly promotes high-quality development of rural areas,and does not produce potential broadband saturation effect.This conclusion still holds after considering endogenous factors and factors that may interfere with estimation results.Further research shows that popularization of rural broadband has a significant boost effect on rural high-quality development in the eastern and northern regions,but the promotion effect in the mid-west and southern regions is not significant,and it is more significant in provinces with low rural development level.Research on transmission mechanism shows that the popularization of rural broadband affects rural high-quality development by promoting the deepening of rural division and expanding the accumulation of rural human capital.Improving the popularization level of the rural household broadband,promoting the balanced development of rural broadband infrastructure and constructing the incentive mechanism of the rural broadband popularization and digital rural development are effective paths to realize the agricultural and rural digital transformation and the rural high-quality development.
