摘 要:基于相似理论,以缩放比例尺1∶50搭建了起重机试验模型,在风载荷试验环境中,运用烟迹发生法使起重机周围流场可视化,研究了空气在箱型梁表面的流动规律.同时,依据试验现象对数值模拟的参数设置进行指导,通过定量改变模拟参数进行对比分析,进一步揭示箱型梁间距变化对涡流影响的规律.研究发现,当箱型梁间距为3.5m时,涡脱落频率达到1.8Hz,而攻角的变化对涡脱落频率影响甚小.研究结果为箱型梁门式起重机后期优化改进和安全预防提供了一定的借鉴和参考.Based on the similarity theory,a crane model was built with a scaling ratio of 1∶50.In a simple wind load test field environment,the smoke generation method was used to visualize the flow field around the crane,and the flow pattern of the air flow on the surface of the box girder was studied.In the case of coincidence with the experimental phenomenon,the numerical simulation of the experimental parameters was changed by quantitative changing the experimental numerical parameters for comparative analysis to further study the influence of the change of the box girder spacing on the formation of the vortex.It is found that when the box beam spacing is 3.5m,the vortex shedding frequency reaches a high frequency of 1.8Hz,and the change of the angle of attack has a small effect on the vortex shedding frequency.This provides a theoretical reference for the later optimization improvement and safety prevention of box girder gantry cranes.
