农业龙头企业与农户共生演化研究

摘　　要：农业龙头企业与农户的共生演化过程可视为双方在制度环境、交易环境、市场需求和异质性主体知识交互等因素驱使下建立共生关系的过程。其共生关系经历了从"公司+农户""公司+中介组织+农户"到"农业产业化联合体"的演化过程。文章引入Logistic模型分别对农业龙头企业与农户的三种共生关系进行稳定性分析。研究发现,农业龙头企业与农户的共生演化,一方面是组织化程度不断提高的过程;另一方面是利益分配更趋合理的过程。在组织模式上,表现为从点共生、间歇共生、连续共生到一体化的转变;组织形态上,表现为市场制、中间性体制到科层制的各种组织形态;契约关系经历了古典契约、新古典契约到关系契约的转变。行为模式上,从偏利共生发展到互惠共生。共生界面机制和共生收益分配机制是推进二者共生关系演化的机制。The symbiosis evolution of agriculture-related enterprises and farmers can be regarded as the process of establishing symbiotic relationships driven by factors such as institutional environment, transaction environment, market demand, and heterogeneity of subject knowledge interaction. Its symbiotic relationship has undergone an evolutionary process from"company+farmer","company + intermediary organization+farmer"to"shared cooperative agriculture enterprise". This paper introduces the logistic model to analyze the stability of the three symbiotic relationships between agriculture-related enterprises and farmers. The study finds that the symbiotic evolution of agriculture-related enterprises and farmers is the process of increasing the degree of organization and more reasonable distribution of benefits. In terms of organizational model, the transition from dot symbiosis, intermittent symbiosis, continuous symbiosis to integration has emerged;in organizational form, it has manifested itself in various organizational forms of market system, intermediate system, and bureaucratic system;the contractual relationship has undergone classical contract, neoclassical contract to the transformation of the relationship contract. From the behavioral model, it has experienced from partial interest to symbiotic development to mutual benefit. The symbiotic interface mechanism and the symbiotic income distribution mechanism are mechanisms to promote the evolution of the symbiotic relationship.
