摘　　要：我国是花生种植第一大国家,同时花生也是我国第一大油料作物,年产量达1733万t,占世界总产量约40%,具有丰富的资源优势。花生茎叶是花生收获后的副产物,约占花生生物产量50%。花生茎叶的营养成分丰富,含有较高的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和碳水化合物含量等,具有较高的营养价值,比常用的玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆营养价值高。近年来,随着养殖业的迅速发展,为减缓"人畜争粮",非常规饲料资源的开发越来越紧迫。不同的学者对花生茎叶的营养成分和价值,花生茎叶对牛羊的瘤胃发酵的影响,对其它草食动物的饲用价值和胃肠道健康等方向开展了大量的研究,取得了丰硕的成果。本文就花生茎叶的营养成分、瘤胃发酵参数和草食动物中的饲用价值等进行综述,以期为花生茎叶的饲用化提供参考依据。China is the largest peanut planting country in the world,and peanut is the largest oil crop in China.The annual output of peanut is 17.32 million tons,accounting for about 40%of the world’s total output,with rich resource advantages.The stems-leaves of peanut are the by-product of peanut after harvest,which accounts for about 50%of peanut biological yield.The stems-leaves of peanut are rich in nutrition,and contains high content of crude protein,crude fat and carbohydrate.It has higher nutrition value than corn stalk and wheat straw.In recent years,with the rapid development of aquaculture,in order to slow down the"competition for grain between human and animalgrain",the development of unconventional feed resources is becoming more and more urgent.Different scholars have carried out a lot of research on the nutritional composition and value of peanut stems-leaves,the effect of peanut stems-leaves on rumen fermentation of cattle and sheep,the feeding value of other herbivores and the health of gastrointestinal tract,etc.,have achieved fruitful results.In this paper,the nutritional components,rumen fermentation parameters and feeding value of peanut stems-leaves were reviewed to provide reference for feeding peanut stems-leaves.
