一例兔支气管败血波氏杆菌病的鉴别诊断与防控

摘　　要：支气管败血波氏杆菌病是严重威胁养兔业健康生产的重要疾病之一,具有高发病率、高病死率的特点,如发现不及时、治疗方法不得当,对养殖户造成的损失则比较大。根据临床症状和病理剖检特点,再结合从发病兔的鼻分泌物及肺组织病料中分离到的都属于Bb的细菌学检查结果,可以对本病例作出确诊。长途运输、兔舍卫生条件差、高分贝噪音、饲养密度过大等,最主要是热应激,是诱发本病的病因。参照药敏试验结果,及时选择针对性的抗菌药物进行防治,并采取免疫接种等预防措施,使疫情得到控制。在此基础上,还需进一步加强饲养管理,改善圈舍条件和日粮营养,提高机体抵抗力,以期效益最大化。Bronchosepticemia bosteriosis is one of the most important diseases in the health production of rabbit industry.It has the characteristics of high morbidity and mortality.If the disease can’t be found in time,or the treatment isn’t handled properly,the losses of farmers will be relatively large.According to the clinical symptoms and characteristics of pathological autopsy,combined with the bacteriological examination results that the strains isolated from the nasal secretions and lung tissue samples of the infected rabbits were all Bordetella bronchiceptica(Bb),the disease could be confirmed.In addition,long distance transportation,poor sanitary conditions in rabbit houses,high decibel noise,excessive feeding density as well as heat stress(the key factor),were the causes of the disease.With reference to the results of drug sensitivity test,targeted antibacterial drugs were selected and administered in time,and preventive measures such as immunization were carried out,and the disease was controlled finally.It is necessary to further strengthen the feeding management,improve the diet nutrition and conditions of pens,and improve the body resistance,so as to maximize the benefits.
