摘 要:针对矿山采空区处理问题,分析了矿山地下采空区资源分布特点,明确了地下采空区资源管理及利用存在的问题。研究发现,我国已存在的矿山地下采空区资源超过180亿m^3,并且每年约以至少10亿m^3速度增加,矿山地下空间资源潜力巨大。根据目前矿山采空区处理现状,提出了矿山采空区超前管理概念,研究表明矿山采空区超前管理具有前瞻性、战略性、系统性及协同性特点。研究了矿山采空区超前管理内容,主要包括矿山采空区分类,采空区参数管理,采空区质量评价3部分。构建了矿山采空区协同利用体系,明确了矿山采空区协同利用原则,研究了矿山采空区协同利用评价方法和矿山采空区协同利用关键技术。Based on the problem of mine goaf management,the distribution characteristics of mine goaf resources are analyzed,and the existing problems of underground mine goaf resources management and utilization are clarified.It is founded that the existing underground space resources of mines in china exceed 18 billion m^3,and increasing at a rate of at least 1 billion m^3 each year.The potential of underground space resources in mines is huge.According to the current situation of mine goaf management,the concept of advanced management of mine goaf is put forward.Research shows that the advanced management of mine goaf is forward-looking,strategic,systematic and synergistic.The content of advanced management of mine goaf is studied,which mainly includes three parts:classification of mine goaf,parameter management of goaf and quality evaluation of goaf.A synergetic utilization system of mine goaf is constructed,the principle of synergetic utilization of mine goaf is defined,and the evaluation methods of synergetic utilization of mine goaf and key technologies of synergetic utilization of mine goaf are studied.
