骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:分析骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年12月-2019年12月我院收治的68例肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者,将掷骰子结果作为依据分组,行针灸推拿治疗的34例为一般组,行骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗的34例为实践组,在进行两个周期治疗后,观察两组患者肘关节功能恢复情况、关节活动度及临床疗效。结果:实践组运动功能评分、日常活动评分、稳定度评分、疼痛评分分高于一般组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。实践组背伸活动度、后旋活动度、屈曲活动度、前旋活动度高于一般组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。实践组治疗优良率高于一般组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:对肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者实施骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗不仅能促进肘关节功能的恢复,实现较高的关节活动度,还能提升治疗优良率,改善患者预后恢复效果,建议推广使用。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of external washing with acupuncture on joint dysfunction after elbow fracture.Methods:68 patients were divided into two groups.34 patients who underwent acupuncture were treated as the general group,and other 34 patients were treated by external washing more as the practice group.Results:The exercise function score,daily activity score,stability score,and pain score were higher in the practice group(P<0.05).The dorsal extension,the posterior rotation,the flexion activity,and the forward rotation were higher in the practice group(P<0.05).Efficiency in the practice group was better than the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External washing plus acupuncture can promote the recovery of elbow joint function,achieve higher joint mobility,promote the improvement of excellent treatment rate and improve prognosis.
