益气活血汤联合针刺对老年踝部骨折患者术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:旨在探讨益气活血汤联合针刺对老年踝部骨折患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年11月因踝部骨折至重庆市垫江县包家镇卫生院就诊的老年患者60例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组术后予以常规康复锻炼,观察组在常规康复锻炼基础上,另予以益气活血汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、踝关节评分以及凝血功能。结果:治疗前,两组各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,而临床疗效、踝关节功能评分以及凝血功能优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年踝部骨折患者术后予以益气活血汤联合针刺治疗,可促进肿胀消退、降低疼痛程度,且利于踝关节功能恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of the Yiqi Huoxue decoction(益气活血汤)plus acupuncture on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with ankle fractures.Methods:60 elderly patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to random number table method,30 patients in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation exercises after operation,and the observation group was treated with the Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus acupuncture more.Results:After treatment,the VAS pain score in the observation group was lower,the clinical efficacy,ankle joint function score and coagulation function were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus acupuncture on elderly patients with ankle fractures can promote swelling subsidence,reduce pain,and restore ankle function.
