输卵管妊娠误诊二次手术治疗1例

摘　　要：异位妊娠(Ectopic Pregnancy,EP)是妇产科常见的急腹症之一。近年随着社会环境的改变,部分女性过早性生活、多个性伴侣等多种原因导致妇科慢性炎症,导致输卵管炎症、通而不畅,可能是导致本病逐年增加的一个重要因素。此病虽为我们临床工作者常见的妇科疾病,但往往会忽视某些细节,从而导致误诊。此病例为我们临床工作中遇到的一例左侧输卵管妊娠误诊为右侧输卵管妊娠导致二次手术的误诊病例。Ectopic pregnancy is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in obstetrics and gynecology.In recent years,with the change of social environment,the disease was increased year by year,because of earlier sexual life,multiple sexual partners and other reasons lead to chronic inflammation of gynecology.Although this disease is a common gynecological disease in our clinical workers,some details are often ignored,leading to misdiagnosis.This case is a misdiagnosed case in our clinical work,in which the left tubal pregnancy was misdiagnosed as the right tubal pregnancy leading to the second operation.
