摘 要:考察了电絮凝-膜分离反应器(ECMR)去除水中腐殖酸(HA)的效果。研究了不同电化学参数对腐殖酸去除率的影响、ECMR平板陶瓷膜和EC-MF平板陶瓷膜抑制膜污染的作用机制,并进行了比较。结果表明,在电流密度为10 A/m^2、初始电导率1000μS/cm、初始pH=6、电解时间30 min、初始HA质量浓度5 mg/L时,ECMR工艺对水中HA的去除率为88.3%,ECMR平板陶瓷膜膜通量高于EC-MF平板陶瓷膜20%,HA去除率高8%,所用时间较短。Humic acid(HA)removal by electrocoagulation-membrane reactor(ECMR)was investigated.The effects of different electrochemical parameters on the removal of HA were studied.Besides,the mechanism of antifouling by ECMR flat ceramic membrane and EC-MF flat ceramic membrane were compared.The results showed that under the current density 10 A/m^2,initial conductivity 1000μS/cm,initial pH=6,electrolysis time of 30 min,and initial mass concentration of HA 5 mg/L,the HA removal reached 88.3%.The flux of ECMR flat ceramic membrane showed an enhancement by 20%than that of EC-MF flat ceramic membrane,the removal rate of humic acid was 8%higher,and the time used was shorter.
