摘 要:针对澄清器处理煤泥水时沉降速度慢、溢流浊度高的问题,提出并设计了一种新型溢流挡板型锥盘旋流澄清器,进行了澄清器增加挡板前后的对比试验研究,并分析了锥盘个数、锥盘插入深度等结构参数对澄清器分离性能的影响。且经中试试验,某煤矿现场洗车废水SS在500 mg/L左右,经处理后溢流可降至75 mg/L以下,而底流为80000 mg/L,SS去除率可达85%。In view of the problem of slow sedimentation rate and high turbidity of the overflow in traditional clarifier,a new type of cone-plate clarifier with an overflow baffle was proposed and designed.Comparative experiments were carried out before and after baffles adding to the clarifier,and the influence of cone plate number and insert depth on the separation performance was analyzed.A pilot test showed that the SS of washing wastewater in a coal mine was about 500 mg/L,and after treatment,the overflow reduced to below 75 mg/L,while the underflow was 80000 mg/L,and the SS removal rate can reach 85%.
