超早期护理在老年脑功能区胶质瘤患者术后运动性失语康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超早期护理在老年脑功能区胶质瘤患者术后运动性失语康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年1月医院神经外科老年脑功能区胶质瘤术后运动性失语康复患者85例,分为对照组42例实施常规护理,观察组43例,术后72 h开始实施超早期护理干预。比较两组干预前及干预后1个月失语等级与社交能力评分、康复疗效、护理满意度。结果干预后1个月,两组失语等级与社交能力评分均较干预前改善,且观察组失语等级优于对照组,社交能力评分低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组康复总有效率及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超早期护理在老年脑功能区胶质瘤患者术后运动性失语康复中能提高临床疗效和护理满意度,具有临床应用和推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of super early nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of motor aphasia in elderly patients with functional brain glioma.Methods From February 2018 to January 2020,85 elderly patients with postoperative motor aphasia rehabilitation of functional brain area glioma in the neurosurgery department of the hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group(42 cases)for routine nursing and the observation group(43 cases)for super early nursing intervention 72 hours after the operation.Aphasia level and social ability score change,rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after intervention.Results One month after the intervention,both the aphasia level and social ability scores of the two groups improved compared with those before the intervention.Moreover,the aphasia level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the social ability score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01 orP<0.05).The total recovery efficiency and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Super early nursing can improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate in postoperative rehabilitation of motor aphasia in elderly patients with functional brain glioma,which has clinical application and promotion value.
