新型复方植物消毒剂杀菌效果及稳定性评价

摘　　要：目的制备一种新型复方植物消毒剂,观察其杀菌效果及稳定性。方法选取槐果碱、绿原酸、金银花提取物配制成复方植物消毒剂,通过悬液定量杀菌试验研究其杀菌效果,加速试验法对其稳定性能进行评价。结果该新型复方植物消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用0.5、1.0和1.5 min,杀灭率均≥99.97%;在54℃条件下存放14 d,杀菌效果无明显变化。结论新型复方植物消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌具有较高杀菌性能且稳定性良好。Objective To prepare a novel herbal compound disinfectant,and evaluate its germicidal efficiency and stability. Methods The novel herbal compound disinfectant was prepared with sophocarpine,chlorogenic acid and honeysuckle as main components. Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe its germicidal efficien-cy,and its stability was also evaluate by using accelerated test. Results The bactericidal rate of the novel herbal compound disinfectant was more than 99.97% to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans within 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 minutes. The germicidal efficiency of the novel herbal compound disinfectant had no significant change after 14 days at 54℃. Conclusion This novel herbal compound disinfectant showed good sterilization performance to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans,and good stability.
