摘  要:冠状病毒是一类可造成人和动物感染的病毒。可感染人类的冠状病毒有7种,按照致病性可将其分为高致病性和低致病性两类,均可通过呼吸道感染人类。现阶段对人类冠状病毒,尤其是高致病性冠状病毒对肺部靶器官的侵染机制的研究还不够深入,在预防、治疗和防控方面的措施十分有限。本文总结了不同致病性的冠状病毒侵染肺上皮组织过程中,在胞内复制、跨膜转运、侵袭力等方面的差异,以期对新型冠状病毒的防控、药物研发提供基础,同时对潜在的由冠状病毒引发的新发传染病的防控和治疗提供思路。Coronaviruses are types of virus that can cause human and animal infection. All the 7 species of coron-avirus infect humans through the respiratory tract which can be divided into high and low pathogenic pathogens. At present,the research on the infection mechanism of coronavirus,especially the highly pathogenic coronavirus which infect human,on the target organ—the lung is not indepth enough,leading to limited prevention,treatment and prevention measures. In this article,the difference in intracellular replication,transmembrane transport,and invasiveness during the infection of lung epithelial tissues by different pathogenic coronaviruses were summarized,so as to provide a basis for COVID-19 prevention,control and drug development,meanwhile provide ideas for prevention,control and treatment of emerging novel coronavirus diseases.
