鼻内镜下鼻后神经切断术治疗中重度变应性鼻炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻后神经切断术治疗中重度变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择中重度变应性鼻炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各50例。对照组采用常规药物保守治疗,试验组给予鼻内镜下鼻后神经切断术联合常规药物治疗。术后6个月采用VAS评分、鼻结膜炎生存质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分及鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20评分对患者的治疗效果以及生活质量进行评价。结果:(1)两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);试验组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)两组治疗后RQLQ评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);试验组治疗后RQLQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20评分两组治疗后显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻后神经切断术治疗中重度变应性鼻炎可有效缓解症状,提高患者生活质量,是治疗中重度持续发作变应性鼻炎的可靠方法。Objective:To discuss the efficacy of endoscopic posterior rhinotomy in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.Methods:100 patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated conservatively with conventional drugs,while the experimental group was treated with endoscopic posterior rhinotomy.The scores of VAS,RQLQ and nasal sinus outcome test-20 were compared between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effect and quality of life.Results:The VAS scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The RQLQ scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The RQLQ score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal cavity and sinus outcome test-20 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the test-20 of nasal and paranasal sinus outcomes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic posterior rhinotomy can effectively relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.It is a reliable method for the treatment of moderate to severe persistent episodes of allergic rhinitis.
