摘 要:针对滚动轴承疲劳寿命计算繁杂、计算精度低和机器设计效率低等问题,利用L-P计算模型对轴承基本额定寿命进行了估算。考虑轴承的疲劳破坏、可靠性、材料、润滑和清洁条件等因素,进一步对轴承基本额定寿命进行了修正;利用MATLAB GUI软件平台,开发出了滚动轴承修正额定寿命计算系统;设计了10种常用滚动轴承的独立计算界面,研究了运行可执行程序exe文件的操作方法,通过与实例结果对比验证了该系统计算结果的正确性。研究结果表明:该系统具有涵盖面广、操作简单、计算精度高等优点,提高了机器的设计效率,也可为其他计算系统的开发提供参考依据。Aiming at the problems of the complex calculation and low calculation accuracy in rolling bearing fatigue life,and the low machine design efficiency,the basic rating life of the bearing was estimated by using the L-P calculation model.Considering the factors of fatigue failure,reliability,materials,lubrication and cleaning conditions,the basic rating life of the bearing was further modified.The calculation system of corrected rating life in rolling bearing was developed by using MATLAB GUI software platform.Ten kinds of independent calculation interfaces for common rolling bearing were designed in the system.The operation method of running executable program exe file was discussed.The correctness of the calculation results was verified by comparison with the example results.The results indicate that the system has the advantages of wide coverage,simple operation and high calculation accuracy,and improves the design efficiency of the machine,and also provides a reference for the development of other calculation systems.
