摘　　要：坚持"以本为本",同时推进"四个回归",高校需加快建设高水平本科教育,以全面提高人才培养能力,与时俱进,从而造就堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人,这是国家和教育部对高校建设的要求与期待.因此,"以学生为本,以学生发展为中心"已逐渐成为高校教学改革的大趋势.本文从放射医学角度,探讨推进放射医学教学改革的必要性,教学改革的指导理念,改变传统教学方式以及师资队伍的建设等方面进行阐述,希望能在医学教育领域探索出符合放射医学的教改之路.Adhering to the principle of"taking the foundation as the foundation"and promoting the"four regressions",colleges and universities need to speed up the construction of high-level undergraduate education,comprehensively improve the ability of personnel training,keep pace with the times,so as to bring up new people of the times who are worthy of the great task of national rejuvenation.This is the requirement and expectation of the state and the Ministry of education for the construction of colleges and universities.Therefore,"student-oriented,student-centered"has gradually become the general trend of teaching reform in colleges and universities.From the perspective of radiation medicine,this paper discusses the necessity of promoting the teaching reform of radiation medicine,the guiding concept of teaching reform,the change of traditional teaching methods and the construction of teaching staff,hoping to explore a teaching reform road in line with the radiation medicine in the field of medical education.
