摘　　要：生物化学是多种学科,特别是医学的一个重要基础课程,其基本理论和技术已经渗透至医学的各个领域,其中包括病理诊断以及治疗手段等方面;另外生物化学在多个专业培养体系中也起着中枢纽带的作用,其基础理论将生物学、药学、医学、化学等学科有机融合在了一起.但是在长期的教学中,医学生物化学实验一直存在着很严重的问题,如实验不连贯、学生无兴趣、与实际工作脱节等等.通过长期对医学生物化学实验教学的实践、总结与思考,并结合其他院校已经开展的生物化学实验内容,作者从实验设计改革、实验教学内容和方式改革几个方面进行研究,以期探索出更好的生物化学实验教学方式.Biochemistry is an important basic course in many disciplines,especially in medicine.Its basic theory and technology have penetrated into various fields of medicine,including pathological diagnosis and treatment methods.In addition,biochemistry also plays a central role in many professional training systems,and its basic theory integrates biology,pharmacy,medicine,chemistry and other disciplines Together.However,in the long-term teaching,there have been serious problems in the experiment of medical biochemistry,such as the experiment is not coherent,the students are not interested,and the actual work is out of touch.Based on the long-term practice,summary and thinking of the experimental teaching of medical biochemistry,combined with the biochemical experiment content that has been carried out in other colleges and universities,the author studies the reform of experimental design,experimental teaching content and method,in order to explore a better teaching method of biochemistry experiment.
