摘　　要：目的:调研宁波市居民对社区中医药卫生服务的认知、需求和利用情况,并探讨相关影响因素.方法:采用分层随机抽样和个别深入访谈相结合的方法对宁波市12个社区698名居民进行了问卷调查.结果:居民对社区中医药服务认知不足、社区中医药服务高效项目不足和社区中医药服务水平相对滞后造成居民对社区中医药服务利用较低.结论:加强中医药知识的普及和宣传,明确社区中医药卫生服务的发展方向,增强社区中医药卫生服务机构自身技术和影响力,提高居民对社区中医药卫生服务的利用率.Objective:To investigate the cognition,demand and utilization of community traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health services among residents in Ningbo,and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods:a questionnaire survey was conducted among 698 residents in 12 communities of Ningbo City by stratified random sampling and individual in-depth interviews.Results:Residents’lack of awareness of community TCM service,lack of efficient projects of TCM service in community and lagging behind of TCM service level in community caused residents’low utilization of community TCM service.Conclusion:we should strengthen the popularization and publicity of TCM knowledge,clarify the development direction of TCM health service in community,enhance the technology and influence of TCM health service institutions in community,and improve the utilization rate of TCM health service in community.
