摘　　要：教学信息员制度是学校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分,在新时代背景 下,应用型本科院校对教学信息员制度实施过程中存在的问题和改革难点进行新的探索与思考,为提高新时代人才培养质量发挥其更新更重要的保障作用.The teaching information system is an important part of the teaching quality monitoring system.Under the background of the new era,the application-oriented colleges and universities explore and think about the problems and reform difficulties in the implementation process of the teaching information system,so as to play a more important role in ensuring the quality of personnel training in the new era.
