摘　　要：一个企业的管理质量水平往往和它的经济收益成正比,而这两者,又有着一定的联系.因此,管理会计与财务会计的融合发展与研究是每一个企业领导人都应该着重思考的.如何去融合发展、建立一个完善的体系,以至于达到一个深度融合的目标,是本文着重阐述和研究的.The management quality level of an enterprise is often directly proportional to its economic benefits,and there is a certain relationship between the two.Therefore,the development and research of the integration of management accounting and financial accounting should be emphasized by every enterprise leader.How to integrate development,establish a perfect system,so as to achieve a deep integration goal,is the focus of this paper.
