摘　　要：标准已成为世界"通用语言".高校学生公寓标准化创建是促进高等教育公平、提升后勤服务水平的一项重要工作.在此背景 下,全国教育后勤协会学生公寓管理专业委员会制定了《全国高校标准化学生公寓创建指导标准(试行)》.文章在总结福州职业技术学院标准化学生公寓创建现状和相关领域研究成果的基础上,通过审视现有的实践经验与理论基础,提出标准化学生公寓创建的对策建议,期待能为各高校适用《标准》,完善学生公寓治理观念和手段提供参考.Standards have become the"universal language"in the world.The standardization of College Students'apartments is an important work to promote the fairness of higher education and improve the level of logistics service.In this context,the National Education Logistics Association Student Apartment Management Professional Committee formulated the"National College standardized student apartment creation Guidance standard(Trial)".Based on the summary of the current situation of the establishment of standardized student apartments in Fuzhou Polytechnic and the research results in related fields,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of standardized student apartments by examining the existing practical experience and theoretical basis,hoping to provide reference for colleges and universities to apply the"standard"and improve the management concept and means of student apartments.
