成渝主轴带高等教育布局与结构优化

摘　　要：成渝地区"中部塌陷"现象折射出成渝主轴带的高等教育布局与结构问题,产业结构调整升级、新型城镇化建设、高等教育普及化等是成渝主轴带高等教育布局与结构优化的主要动因。从发达国家高等教育布局演变来看,高等教育布局调整呈现由大城市走向中小城市的趋势。成渝主轴带高等教育布局优化需要市场调节、政府导向和高校主动拓展三方面机制的共同作用,在操作性策略上,要逐步调整办学层次结构和高校类型结构,加快学科专业结构调整力度。The phenomenon of“collapse in the central part”of Chengdu-Chongqing area reflects the problem of the layout and structure of higher education in the main axis of Chengdu-Chongqing.The adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,the construction of new urbanization and the popularization of higher education are the main reasons for the layout and structural optimization of higher education in the main axis of Chengdu-Chongqing.From the perspective of the evolution of the layout of higher education in developed countries,the adjustment of the layout of higher education shows a trend from large cities to small and medium-sized cities.The optimization of the layout of higher education in the Chengdu-Chongqing axis requires the joint action of market regulation,government guidance,and active expansion of colleges and universities.In terms of operational strategies,it is necessary to gradually adjust the structure of school-running levels and the types of colleges and universities,and accelerate the adjustment of the discipline and specialty structure.
