摘 要:为进一步加强钻孔精细探测能力,开发了一款基于Android系统的矿用本安型钻孔成像仪软件。通过对现有设备硬件采集到的视频、深度和角度信息做深入的数据挖掘与融合,实现钻孔图像采集、图像展开、探头姿态、二维轨迹和三维轨迹等多源钻孔观测功能;设计了一套“映射变换”算法对图像展开功能进行优化,提升图像展开速度137%,实现了钻孔图像展开实时化;引入基于JNI与边缘计算思想的通信接口技术,将电子罗盘与深度计数器的数据预处理放在硬件接口内完成,降低主机负载4.6%。实验表明,成像仪软件可充分发挥钻孔成像仪主机的硬件性能,提高井下钻孔观测施工效率。In order to further enhance the ability of detailed drilling detection, a mine intrinsically safe borehole imager application based on the Android system is developed. Through a deeply data mining and fusion of video, depth and angle information which has been acquired, it functions such as video acquisition, image unwrapping, probe attitude, 2 d/3 d trajectory etc. A set of " map-ping transformation " algorithm was designed to optimize the image expansion function and improve the image expansion speed by137 %, real time drilling image development is achieved. The communication interface technology based on JNI and edge computing was introduced, and the data preprocessing of the electronic compass and depth counter was completed in the hardware interface,which reduced the load of the host by 4. 6 %. The experiment shows that the software of borehole imager allowed full play to the hardware performance of borehole imager and improved the construction efficiency of borehole observation.
