新形势下藏区防止宗教极端势力渗透对策的思考

摘　　要：藏区的稳定对新形势下我国社会的和谐稳定,推动社会、经济、文化的发展具有重要的意义。由于藏区所处地理位置相对闭塞,文化水平相对落后,区域内群众长期信教、宗教氛围浓厚等原因,为宗教极端势力的渗透提供了可乘之机,使得藏区群众极易受到宗教极端势力的蛊惑和感染。为防止藏区宗教极端势力渗透,新形势下国家应进一步明确藏区社会保障、法律等部门在防止宗教极端势力方面的职责;重视藏区文化教育,毫不动摇地坚持将思想政治教育、无神论科学教育以及现代文化知识教育作为抵制宗教极端思想渗透的绝对武器;全力强化鼓励引进人才,积极通过人才引进等措施提升藏区群众的文化水平;大力加强藏区旅游文化建设,带动藏区经济进一步高质量发展;坚定不移地加强高校理性宗教思想教育,切实落实抑制“宗教极端化”思想渗透的政策和措施,牢牢构筑中华民族命运共同体意识,消除宗教极端思想滋生的温床、抑制宗教极端势力的渗透,巩固藏区安定团结的政治局面和有序的社会秩序,促进藏区经济、社会、文化的大力发展。The stability of Tibetan areas is of great significance to the harmony and stability of our society under the new situation and the promotion of social,economic,and cultural development.Due to the relatively closed geographical location of Tibetan areas,the relatively backward cultural level,the long-term religious beliefs of the people in the area,and the strong religious atmosphere,they provide opportunities for religious extremist forces to infiltrate,making Tibetans extremely vulnerable to religious extremist forces.Confuse and infection.In order to prevent the infiltration of religious extremist forces in Tibetan areas,under the new situation,the state should further clarify the responsibilities of social security and legal departments in Tibetan areas in preventing religious extremist forces;attach importance to cultural education in Tibetan areas and unswervingly insist on ideological and political education and atheism.Science education and modern cultural knowledge education are the absolute weapons to resist the infiltration of religious extremism;fully strengthen the encouragement of the introduction of talents,and actively promote the cultural level of the people in Tibetan areas through the introduction of talents;vigorously strengthen the construction of tourism and culture in Tibetan areas,and promote the further economic development of Tibetan areas High-quality development;unswervingly strengthen the education of rational religious ideology in colleges and universities,effectively implement policies and measures to suppress the infiltration of"religious extremism",firmly build a sense of community with a shared future for the Chinese nation,eliminate breeding grounds for religious extremism,and suppress religious extremism The infiltration of forces consolidates the stable and united political situation and orderly social order in Tibetan areas,and promotes the vigorous development of the economy,society,and culture of Tibetan areas.
