摘 要:以多段直立炉工业运行数据为基础,通过建立的低阶碎煤热解的物料平衡、热量平衡,对多段直立炉进行热工评价,并进行低阶煤碎煤热解过程的能耗分析,结果表明:多段直立炉热效率和热工效率较高,分别为87.51%、80.37%,其湿煤耗热量为1319.01 kJ/kg;低阶碎煤热解过程吨半焦产品能耗较低,为112.88 kgce,其能效为91.90%。Based on the industrial operation data of vertical multi-stage retort furnace,the thermal evaluation of vertical multi-stage retort furnace was carried out,and the energy consumption of low-rank crushed coal pyrolysis was analyzed,through the established material balance and thermal balance.The results showed that the vertical multi-stage retort furnace,with the thermal efficiency and effective thermal efficiency of 87.51% and 80.37% respectively,was high on thermal efficiency and effective thermal efficiency,and the heat consumption of wet coal was 1319.01 kJ/kg.The energy consumption per ton of semi-coke product in pyrolysis process of low-rank crushed coal was low,at 112.88 kgce,and the energy efficiency was 91.90%.
