摘 要:在采用“火落管理”方法的焦炉生产中,为合理确定焦炉生产周转时间内的置时间,利用不同周转时间(开工率)下的置时间和结焦指数生产数据建立结焦指数模型,考察了根据上升管桥管处荒煤气温度判定的结焦指数、上升管底部荒煤气温度判定的结焦指数与结焦指数模型拟合的结焦指数之间的关系,结果表明,结焦指数模型拟合的结焦指数较为准确,大容积焦炉结焦指数一般应控制在1.2左右。结焦指数模型为置时间的确定提供了理论依据,可应用于实际生产中指导判定焦饼的成熟状况。In the coke oven production with the method of"fire fall management",in order to reasonably determine the setting time within the coke oven production turnover time,the coking index model was established by using the production data on setting time and coking index under different turnover time(operating rate).The relationship was investigated between the coking index fitted by the coking index model and the coking index judged by the raw coke oven gas temperature at the bridge pipe of the riser and the bottom of the riser.The results showed that the coking index fitted by the coking index model was relatively accurate,and the coking index of large volume coke oven should be controlled at about 1.2.The coking index model was established to provide theoretical basis for determination of the setting time,which could be used to guide and judge the maturity of coke cake in the practical production.
