内热式直立方炉煤热解工艺技术新进展及应用

摘　　要：为解决内热式直立方炉及其热解工艺技术中存在的产能、环保、安全等问题,结合该炉型在实际设计中一些新技术的应用,分析了增大单炉结构和产能、干法熄焦中余热回收、富氧燃烧、油水分离、剩余氨水预处理等技术及其应用情况,可为现有内热式直立方炉及其热解工艺技术的改进和新建装置提供参考借鉴。In order to solve the production capacity,environmental protection and safety problems existing in the internal heating vertical square furnace and its pyrolysis process technology,combined with the new technology application of this furnace type in the actual design,the technologies and application of increasing single furnace structure and capacity,waste heat recovery in coke dry quenching,oxygen-enriched combustion,oil-water separation,residual ammonia water pretreatment and so on were analyzed.This could provide reference for the improvement of existing internal heating vertical square furnace,its pyrolysis technology and construction of new plant.
