摘  要:基于BP神经网络对印楝提取物微胶囊防腐剂达到不同耐腐强度的载药量范围进行研究,分析印楝提取物微胶囊防腐剂的性能。通过对5种神经网络的优化算法进行筛选,确定最终预测算法。对比分析不同药剂的处理材在不同阶段的试件质量,对两种以印楝为基质的木材防腐剂达到不同耐腐程度所需药剂量进行预测。结果表明,以印楝提取物微囊防腐剂处理的大青杨试样达到强耐腐等级时载药量为140.091~170.807 kg/m^3,而以印楝提取物为防腐剂处理材达到耐腐等级的载药量为42.462~70.930 kg/m^3。模拟室外环境处理材,印楝提取物微胶囊试件损失质量为20.250 kg/m^3。印楝提取物试件损失质量为25.250 kg/m^3。从而说明用微胶囊包覆的印楝提取物在木材导管内具有更好的通过性及稳定性,微胶囊的缓释作用使该防腐剂可以达到更高的防腐等级。Based on the BP neural network,it studied the drug loading range of neem extract microcapsule preservatives to reach different corrosion resistance strengths,and to analyze the performance of neem extract microcapsule preservatives.Screen the optimization algorithms of 5 neural networks to determine the final prediction algorithm.By comparing and analyzing the weights of the speci mens treated with different chemicals at different stages,the dosage of the two wood preservatives based on neem to achieve different corrosion resistance levels was predicted.The result revealed it was concluded that the sample of poupuiusussurensis treated with the microcapsule preservative of neem extract had a strong anti-corrosion performance with the demand of the drug in the range of 140.091-170.807 kg/m 3,while the demand of the drug for the level of anti-corrosion performance treated by neem extract in the range of 42.462-70.930 kg/m 3.Simulating outdoor environment,the mass loss of the neem extract microcapsule test specimen was 20.250 kg/m 3.The mass loss of neem extract test piece was 25.250 kg/m 3.It showed that the neem extract coated with microcapsules had better passability and stability in the wood catheter,and the slow release effect of the microcapsules enabled the preservative to reach a higher antiseptic level.
