摘　　要：我们生活在一个"治理术"的时代,治理实际上就是针对具体问题而发展出的一系列知识形式和战略布置。保持政治与社会稳定,通过快速发展经济提高人民的生活水平,构成了"新权威主义"的治理模式。Y村的新乡村治理术实际上就是政府和乡村精英的共同治理,通过共同治理来延续乡村治理术的生命力。村民自治与选举制度也不可能无视权力的目的。乡村治理要在政治稳定和经济发展之间折冲,法律只作为这种治理的一种手法而已,法律必须被裁减以适应权力之目的。乡村精英群体内部更替是治理的关键措置,它与布迪厄所言的社会炼金术密不可分,在Y村政治场域争夺中,乡村精英通过各种资本竞争权力资本,再通过权力资本来扩大各种资本的再生产,服膺于权力设定的稳定与发展逻辑,完成乡村秩序的再造。We live in an era of"governmentality", governmentality is actually a series of knowledge forms and strategic arrangements for specific problems. Maintaining political and social stability and improving people’s living standards through rapid economic development constitute a"new authoritarianism"governance model. The"New Rural Governance technique"of Y village is actually the joint governance of the government and the rural social elite, and it continues the vitality of the village governance. However, the villagers’ autonomy and the electoral system can not ignore the purpose of power. The law only serves as a means of rural governance, which has to be reduced to fit for the purpose of power. The internal replacement of rural elite group is the key measure of governance, which is closely connected with Pierre Bourdieu’s social alchemy. In the political field of Y village, the rural social elite competes for power through all kinds of capital, and then expands the capital reproduction through power capital.In the meanwhile they obey the logic of stability and development set by government, and reconstruct the rural order.
